I think I'll do it by watching two series "Black mirror" and "Please like me".
Starting from next week, I'll begin to watch the first episode of "Please like me".
Then episode 2 for another week and so on and each episode will be seen twice.

The way I watch it will be, the first time, without any titles.
Second time, with English subtitles( I'll turn on Chinese subtitles if needed, for example, a sentense I really don't understand.) and 

I'll take notes for my first time of the movie and try to write down the word i don't know and pause to check it for the second

time with English subtitles on. List the words I write down and try to make a sentense by myself.

That's basically what I'll do for my plan to improve my English!
